Karen Rodman is president and qualifier of Rodman Roofing, Inc. She is the daughter of Kenneth W. Rodman the founder of Rodman Roofing, Inc. Ms. Rodman has a State of Florida Roofing License. She has over 32 years experience in the roofing industry. Ms. Rodman is a State of Florida Notary public. Karen has served as a board of Director for the FRSA Florida Roofing and sheet metal association for many years. She also served as a Board of Director for the RCASF Roofing contractors association of South Florida. Karen was the first women president elected by RCASF in 2006 & was re-elected again in 2011. Ms. Rodman is certified as a Foam Pro applicator, Asbestos contractor supervisor and, a lead abatement contractor. Karen is involved in all aspects of the company. She prepares the bids, orders materials, requests inspections, over sees the work in progress and ensure customer quality. Karen is a native of Miami and enjoys fishing and salsa dancing. Ms. Rodman has two daughters, Brandi & Kristi and three grandchildren, her finest achievements.
Kenneth W. Rodman Sr.

Kenneth Rodman Sr. is the founder of Rodman Roofing, Inc. Mr. Rodman is a Miami native who has been in the roofing industry for over 40 years. At the age of 17 he joined the navy and served 4 years in the reserves and 2 years in active duty. In 1953 he joined the apprenticeship program through the union and began working in the roofing industry. In 1968 he obtained his roofing license and in 1980 he opened Rodman Roofing, Inc. Mr. Rodman was president of Rodman Roofing, Inc. until 2004 when he retired and his daughter Karen Rodman took his place as president. He is a father of three, grandfather of seven, and great grandfather of three. He is and avid golfer and loves fishing and diving.
Brandi Ward
Vice President
Brandi Ward is Vice President of Rodman Roofing and is the daughter of Karen Rodman. Brandi has a paralegal degree from the University of Miami. Brandi is our human resource administrator. She also handles permit processing, customer service and, payroll processing as well. She is a great asset to our company. Her professionalism is unprecedented. Brandi is also from Miami. She has three children, Chris, Mikey and Mason.
Leonel Gonzalez
Supervisor/Estimator
Leonel Gonzalez is the crew chief and lead supervisor for our roof replacement crews. He was born in Los Angeles California and moved to Miami in 1998 to work with a family member in roofing. He began working as a laborer and quickly enhanced his career to a roofing supervisor. Leo has over 16 years combined experience in the roofing industry. Mr. Gonzalez has hands on roof experience and is a skilled tradesman. He is knowledgeable regarding many types of roofing systems and their applications. Leo is a lead abatement certified professional. His knowledge of the building code and product installations makes him a valued asset of Rodman Roofing, Inc. Leo is a detail oriented person who takes pride in achieving the most optimal results. Leo is bilingual and of Latin heritage. He has worked with Rodman Roofing Inc. for over seven years. He has personal experience in shingle installation, roof repair and roof replacement. His experience enhances his skill as a supervisor and roofing estimator. Leo enjoys fishing, traveling and family.
John Bowers
Estimator
John Bowers is a native of Miami. John has been in the roofing trade for over 35 years. John has worked with Rodman Roofing Inc. as the primary estimator for the company for over 14 years. He previously worked as a roofing technician from 1979 to 2000 personally installing roof systems through out his career. John bowers is certified lead Renovator. He is a Notary public with the State of Florida as well. Johns knowledge of the building codes and regulations makes his roof qualifications exceptional. Mr. Bowers is an honest, experienced, well rounded individual. John is a family man married to his high school sweet heart Ellen, for over 29 years. He has two children. Michael is a graduate of The University of Florida with a degree in mechanical engineering. His daughter Heather, is studying for a degree as a sign language interpreter. He is a proud father and outstanding roofing consultant and estimator.
